What types of custom patches do you offer?

Patch&Bagel offers four types of custom patches: embroidered (classic thread stitching, up to 100% fill), woven (fine weave for small text and detail), silk screen x embroidery hybrid (photographic detail and gradients), and PVC rubber (waterproof, 2D/3D moulded). What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 20 pieces for custom embroidered, woven, and silk screen patches, and 30 pieces for PVC patches. Enamel pins and enamel magnets start at 50 pieces.

How much do custom patches cost?

Custom embroidered, woven, and silk screen patches (within 9cm) are S$8 per patch at 20 pieces, S$7 from 30 to 50, S$5 at 100+, and S$3 & below at 300+. How much do enamel pins and magnets cost?

Enamel pins and enamel metal magnets are priced per piece by size and quantity, and cost the same as each other. A 2.5cm piece is S$4.00 each at 50, S$3.00 at 100, S$2.60 at 200, S$1.80 at 500, and S$1.20 at 1,000. Each additional 0.5cm of size adds 10%, up to a 4cm maximum. Size is measured on the largest of width or height.

Are there any setup, mould or template fees?

No. Patch&Bagel does not charge setup, mould, die or template fees on any product, including patches, enamel pins and enamel magnets. The per-piece price is the full price, including on first orders with a brand-new design.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. Every Patch&Bagel product is made to order, and shipping is already included in the price you are quoted. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes applied by the destination country are paid by the customer.

Can I get an instant price estimate?

How long does production take?

Embroidered, woven, and silk screen patches take 10-15 working days (about 2 weeks) after mock-up approval. PVC patches take around 4 weeks, because a mould has to be made first. Enamel pins and magnets take about 2 weeks. Complex designs need more time. Shipping time is additional.

Do you offer rush or express production?

No. Patch&Bagel does not offer rush or expedited production. For a fixed event date, allow 6 to 8 weeks from artwork to delivery.

Do you provide a mock-up before production?

Yes. We provide a free digital mock-up for your approval before any production begins. No manufacturing starts until you confirm the design, colours, and dimensions.

Do you send physical samples before production?

No. Patch&Bagel does not supply physical pre-production samples. Approval is made from a free digital proof. Revisions to that proof are free and unlimited.

When do I pay, and when do I see the mock-up?

Patch&Bagel quotes from your design first. Payment confirms your order, and your free digital proof follows, usually within 1-2 business days. Nothing goes into production until you approve that proof.

Does Patch&Bagel accept purchase orders and issue invoices?

Yes, for company, school and government procurement teams. Include your PO number when you request a quote and it will be referenced on the invoice. Payment terms are agreed case by case - email jessica@patchandbagel.com.

Who pays import duties and customs charges?

Shipping is free worldwide from Singapore on every order. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applied by the destination country are payable by the customer, and are not included in the quoted price.

What file format should I send for my design?

We accept PNG, JPEG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and PDF files. For accurate colour matching, provide Pantone (PMS) codes alongside your artwork. If you only have a low-resolution image, send it anyway and our team will advise.

What is the difference between embroidered and PVC patches?

Embroidered patches use coloured thread stitched onto a fabric base for a classic, textured look. PVC patches are moulded from soft rubber, making them fully waterproof, more durable outdoors, and better suited to sharp-edged or 3D designs. PVC has a higher MOQ of 30 pieces.

Which backing options are available?

Three: iron-on (heat-activated adhesive), sew-on (raw edge for permanent stitching), and velcro (hook-and-loop, removable). All three are the same price.

How do I place an order?

Send your design, size, quantity, and backing preference via WhatsApp (+65 8925 9422) or email. Patch&Bagel replies with a quote, usually within 1 business day, and a payment link. Payment confirms your order; your free digital mock-up follows, and production begins once you approve it.

What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?

Custom corporate gifts start at 20 pieces: patches, acrylic keychains and leather card holders from 20; PVC patches and embroidery keychain tags from 30; enamel pins, enamel magnets and PVC keychains from 50; lanyards from 100. Bespoke procurement projects start from 500 pieces.

How much should I budget per person for corporate gifts?

Under S$5 per person covers custom patches at 100 pieces or more (S$5 per patch at 100, S$3 at 300), acrylic keychains at 100 or more (S$5 each), and enamel pins or magnets at 200 or more (from S$2.60 each, dropping to S$1.20 at 1,000). S$5 to S$15 per person covers patches at lower volumes (S$8 at 20 pieces, S$7 from 30 to 50), acrylic keychains at 20-50 (S$9-S$7 each), PVC patches (S$10 at 30 pieces), and enamel pins or magnets at 50 to 199 (from S$4.00 each). Above S$15 per person covers engraved drinkware, leather card holders with lanyard (S$28 each at 20 pieces) and curated gift sets. None of these carry a setup or mould fee.

How far ahead should I order for an event?

Confirm artwork 6 to 8 weeks before a dated event. Production runs about 2 weeks for patches, pins and keychains after proof approval, and about 4 weeks for PVC items, with shipping on top. There is no rush or expedited option.

Can Patch&Bagel invoice my company or accept a purchase order?

Yes. Send your company details and PO number with your brief to jessica@patchandbagel.com, and an invoice referencing your PO will be issued for your finance team.

Do you provide bulk discounts?

Yes. Per-piece pricing drops with volume: embroidered/woven/silk from S$8/patch (20 pcs) down to S$3 & below at 300+; PVC from S$10 (30 pcs) to S$4 & below at 500+; enamel pins and magnets from S$4 (50 pcs) down to S$1.20 at 1,000.

Can I see a sample before production?

Every order includes a free digital mock-up, and no manufacturing starts until you confirm the design. Patch&Bagel does not supply physical pre-production samples - approval is made from the digital proof, with free revisions until it is right.

Can I reorder previously made designs?

Yes. We retain your approved design files and specifications, so reorders skip the setup stage. Repeat orders are quoted at the same per-piece price, and there is no charge for reusing an existing design.

Are custom gifts returnable or refundable?

Custom-made products are made to your approved design and are non-refundable once production begins. If the finished product does not match the approved mock-up due to a production error on our end, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
