Custom-made products are produced specifically to your approved design and are non-refundable once production has begun. However, if the finished product does not match the approved mock-up due to a production error on our end, we will arrange a replacement or refund. This is why we insist on full design and mock-up approval before any production starts. Ready-to-ship items from our store are subject to our standard returns policy.
