- Order Confirmation: Once we have discussed and confirmed, we will let you know what to order.
- Mock up images and confirmation: We will generate a mock up of your patch and confirm it with you. After confirmation, we will proceed with manufacture.

Lead time, counted from the day you approve your mock-up:
- Embroidered, woven and silk screen patches: about 2 weeks (10-15 working days)
- PVC patches: about 4 weeks (20-25 working days), because a mould has to be made first
Complex designs need more time, and so do bulk orders above 500 pieces. We confirm your exact date together with your quote.
Import duties and local taxes are paid by the customer.
