Patch&Bagel offers three types of custom patches: embroidered patches (classic thread stitching, 100% fill), PVC rubber patches (waterproof, 2D/3D moulded), and silk screen x embroidery hybrid patches (for photographic detail or complex artwork). All types are available with iron-on, sew-on, or velcro backing.

Our MOQ is 20 pieces for custom woven, embroidered and silk screen patches and 50 pieces for PVC patches.

Embroidered patches start from SGD $2–$8 per piece depending on size and quantity. PVC patches are priced separately from 50 moq at $450. Pricing decreases significantly with larger orders. Production for embroidery and silk screen patches takes 10–15 working days after digital mock-up approval. PVC patches will take 1 month or longer usually. Shipping time varies by destination and will add 3-4 days for countries in Europe and North America.

Yes. We provide a free digital mock-up for your approval before any production begins. No manufacturing starts until you confirm the design, colours, and dimensions.

We accept PNG, JPEG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and PDF files. For the most accurate colour matching, provide Pantone (PMS) colour codes alongside your artwork. If you only have a low-resolution image, send it anyway — our team can advise on what is workable
