Patch&Bagel offers 4 types of custom patches: embroidered, woven, PVC, and silk screen x embroidery (for photographic detail or complex artwork). Embroidered, woven and silk screen patches come with iron-on, sew-on or velcro backing; PVC patches come with velcro backing.

Our MOQ is 20 pieces for custom embroidered, woven and silk screen patches, and 30 pieces for PVC patches.

Custom embroidered, woven and silk screen patches (within 9cm) are SGD $8 per patch at 20 pieces, $7 at 30+, $5 at 100+, and $3 & below at 300+. Custom PVC patches are SGD $10 per patch at 30+, $7 at 100+, $5 at 300+, and $4 & below at 500+. There is no mould or setup fee. Embroidered, woven and silk screen patches take about 2 weeks (10–15 working days) after proof approval. PVC patches take about 4 weeks, because a mould is made first. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination. There is no rush service.

Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, usually within 1–2 business days, with unlimited revisions. No manufacturing starts until you confirm the design, colours and dimensions. Patch&Bagel does not supply physical pre-production samples.

We accept PNG, JPEG, AI (Adobe Illustrator) and PDF files. For the most accurate colour matching, provide Pantone (PMS) colour codes alongside your artwork. If you only have a low-resolution image, send it anyway — our team can advise on what is workable.

Yes. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with tracking and no minimum spend. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are paid by the customer.

Patch&Bagel replies with a quote, usually within 1 business day. Payment confirms your order, your free digital proof follows, and production starts once you approve it.

Yes. Patch&Bagel accepts purchase orders and issues invoices on request for companies, schools and government teams. Include your PO number when you request a quote and it will be referenced on the invoice.
