Order your custom patches directly online. Upload your artwork, choose your size and quantity, and complete checkout. There’s no need to contact us first. We’ll review your order and follow up within 2–3 working days with any questions or a digital render for confirmation.
1. Order directly
Choose embroidered, woven, silk screen or PVC patches. On the product page, upload your artwork, select your size, quantity and available options, then place your order. Check the product listing for minimum quantities and product-specific details.
Choosing the right patch type: Complex designs are not suited to woven or embroidered patches. If you’re unsure whether your artwork is suitable, contact us before placing your order. Email jessica@patchandbagel.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we’ll help you choose the right option.
You can order right away, even if you’d like us to check your artwork. If we need to clarify anything before preparing your render, we’ll contact you.
2. Hear from us within 2–3 working days
After you place your order, we always follow up within 2–3 working days. We’ll either ask any questions needed to finalise your design or send your digital render straight away for confirmation.
Review the design, size and selected details carefully, and let us know if anything needs adjusting. Production begins only after you approve the render.
3. Full Production & Delivery
Once you approve your render, we make your order and ship it directly to your doorstep.
Typical production times
- Embroidered, woven and silk screen patches: approximately 2 weeks after render approval.
- PVC patches and other custom PVC products, including luggage tags: approximately 4 weeks after render approval.
- Custom enamel products, including pins and metal fridge magnets: approximately 4 weeks after render approval.
These are production estimates, not arrival dates. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination.

Ordering pins or ready-made accessories?
For custom enamel pins and other custom products, follow the options on the individual product listing. Custom designs are confirmed with a digital render before production.
Ready-made accessories don’t require artwork uploads or digital-render approval. Follow the ordering details on their product pages; the custom-production timelines above do not apply to ready-made items.
