Shipping Rates We offer free local and international shipping on every order with no minimum spend required. All listed prices include delivery, so there are no extra shipping fees at checkout.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties While product prices include applicable sales taxes, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or tariffs levied by their destination country. Patch&Bagel does not cover these charges.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Require a minimum of 2 weeks for production and processing due to their personalized nature.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Local & International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after processing.

  • Custom Goods: Timelines may vary based on customization; updates will be sent via email or direct message.

  • Note: Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing or peak seasonal traffic.

Delivery Partners Upon arrival in your country, your shipment will be handed over to a local courier (e.g., DHL, USPS) for final delivery. All orders include end-to-end tracking.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at jessica@patchandbagel.com so we can resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds All products are custom made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
