We offer free international shipping for orders above $80 SGD / $62 USD (or your currency equivalent).
For orders below that amount, a flat shipping rate of $8 SGD / $6 USD (or equivalent) applies.
Order Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks for processing and production.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and link.

Any import duties or customs charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Partners
Once your package arrives in your country, it will be handed over to your local courier (e.g., DHL, USPS) for final delivery.
All shipments include tracking information, which will be sent to your email.
