FAQ - Custom Gifts

  • Patch&Bagel makes custom embroidered, woven, silk screen and PVC patches; enamel pins; enamel metal and acrylic fridge magnets; acrylic, PVC, enamel metal and embroidered keychains; PVC luggage tags; and logo gel ink pens. For corporate orders of 500 pieces or more, we also offer a complimentary procurement service.

  • Send your design, quantity and deadline via WhatsApp (+65 8925 9422) or email (jessica@patchandbagel.com). We reply with a quote, usually within 1 business day. Payment confirms your order, your free digital proof follows, and production starts once you approve it.

  • Yes. We regularly produce custom patches, enamel pins, keychains, fridge magnets, luggage tags and logo pens for corporate events, product launches, team days and conferences. For orders above 500 pieces, we offer a complimentary procurement service. Email jessica@patchandbagel.com with your brief and timeline.

  • Yes. Embroidered, woven and silk screen patches and acrylic keychains start at 20 pieces; PVC patches, embroidered keychain tags, acrylic fridge magnets and PVC luggage tags at 30; enamel pins, enamel magnets, PVC keychains and enamel metal keychains at 50; and logo gel pens at 200. Bespoke procurement projects start from 500 pieces.

  • Most items take about 2 weeks after proof approval. PVC items (patches, keychains and luggage tags) and enamel metal keychains take about 4 weeks. There is no rush service, so for a dated event we recommend confirming artwork 6 to 8 weeks ahead.

  • Every order includes a free digital proof with unlimited revisions, and nothing is made until you approve it. Patch&Bagel does not supply physical pre-production samples.

  • Yes. Per-piece pricing drops with volume: embroidered, woven and silk screen patches from SGD $8 (20 pcs) down to $3 & below at 300+; PVC patches from $10 (30 pcs) to $4 & below at 500+; enamel pins from $4 (50 pcs). There is no mould or setup fee on any item. Send us your quantity for an exact quote.

  • Yes. Patch&Bagel ships worldwide from Singapore, and shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are paid by the customer.

  • Yes. We keep your approved design files and specifications on record. Contact us via WhatsApp (+65 8925 9422) or email with your original order reference and the quantity you need. Reorders are faster because the design is already approved.

  • Custom-made products are produced to your approved design and are non-refundable once production has begun. If the finished product does not match the approved proof due to a production error on our end, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Yes. Patch&Bagel accepts purchase orders and issues invoices on request for companies, schools and government teams. Include your PO number with your brief and it will be referenced on the invoice.

Custom corporate gifts from Patch&Bagel start at 20 pieces: embroidered, woven and silk screen patches and acrylic keychains from 20 pieces · PVC patches, embroidered keychain tags, acrylic fridge magnets and PVC luggage tags from 30 pieces · enamel pins, enamel magnets, PVC keychains and enamel metal keychains from 50 pieces · logo gel pens from 200 pieces. For bespoke sourcing and larger programmes, Patch&Bagel offers a complimentary procurement service from 500 pieces.

Budget per person

SGD $5 or less per person: logo gel pens (SGD $2 each at 200), PVC keychains, acrylic fridge magnets, custom patches at 100+ pieces, acrylic keychains at 100 pieces, and enamel pins or magnets at 100+ pieces. SGD $5–$15 per person: custom patches at low volume, acrylic keychains at 20–50 pieces, PVC patches, embroidered keychain tags, enamel metal keychains and PVC luggage tags. No item carries a setup or mould fee.

Lead time before your event

Allow about 2 weeks production for most items after proof approval, and about 4 weeks for PVC items (patches, keychains and luggage tags) and enamel metal keychains, plus shipping. For a dated event, Patch&Bagel recommends confirming artwork 6 to 8 weeks ahead. Digital proofs are returned within 1–2 business days. Patch&Bagel does not offer rush or expedited production, so please plan against these standard lead times when you have a fixed event date.

Proofs and samples

Every corporate gift order includes a free digital proof before production, with free revisions until the artwork is right. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Patch&Bagel does not supply physical pre-production samples — approval is made from the digital proof.

Purchase orders, invoicing and duties

Patch&Bagel accepts purchase orders and issues invoices on request for company, school and government procurement teams. Include your PO number with your brief and Patch&Bagel will reference it on the invoice. Payment terms for purchase orders are agreed case by case.

Corporate gift orders ship worldwide from Singapore with shipping included. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applied by the destination country are payable by the customer.
