Production for custom patches takes 10–15 working days after digital mock-up approval. Larger corporate orders or bespoke procurement projects may require additional lead time. We recommend contacting us at least 3–4 weeks before your event or deadline.

Yes. We provide a free digital mock-up for approval before any production begins. Physical samples may be available for large orders — ask us about this when you send your enquiry. No manufacturing starts until you have reviewed and confirmed the design, colours, and specifications.

Yes. Pricing decreases significantly with larger order quantities. For custom embroidered patches, pricing starts from SGD $2–$10 per piece and drops with volume. Yes. If you have ordered with us before, we retain your design files and specifications for reorders. Simply contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8925 9422 or email with your original order reference and the quantity you need. Reorders are typically faster to process as the design approval stage is already complete.

Custom-made products are produced specifically to your approved design and are non-refundable once production has begun. However, if the finished product does not match the approved mock-up due to a production error on our end, we will arrange a replacement or refund. This is why we insist on full design and mock-up approval before any production starts. Ready-to-ship items from our store are subject to our standard returns policy.
