Send Us a Message: Before placing an order, send us an email at Jessica@patchandbagel.com or message on Instagram @patchandbagel with image of your patch, quantity, and size.

Order Confirmation: Once we have discussed and confirmed, we will let you know what to order.
- Mock up images and confirmation: We will generate a mock up of your patch and confirm it with you. After confirmation, we will proceed with manufacture.

💰 Price Estimates (USD)
🧵 Template Fee: $110
(PVC is more expensive as it requires a metal mold)
• Fixed fee per design, for our in-house designer to create a mock-up needed for the embroidery machine.
🧩 Patch Prices:
• 30–49 pieces: $5.30 USD / patch
• 50–99 pieces: $4.60 USD / patch
• 100–199 pieces: $3.80 USD / patch
• 200+ pieces: $3 USD or below / patch

• Production Time: Our focus on quality means it takes time to design and manufacture your patch. You will receive it approximately 4 weeks after payment.

- for PVC & tufted, 7-10 weeks
Bulk orders (>500 patches) will require more time
