Step 1: Send Us a Message: Before placing an order, send us an email info@patchandbagel.com with image of your design, quantity, and other info.
Step 2: Order Confirmation: After discussing your custom design, we’ll guide you on how to place your order correctly.
Step 3: Mock-Up Confirmation: We will create a mock-up of your medal/medallion and send it for your approval. Once confirmed, we’ll proceed with manufacturing.
🛎️ Pricing Estimates:
Template Fee: $80 (one-time fee per design, goes to digital mock up & custom mould)
Pricing Estimates:
100-999 pieces: $3 - $1 per bag
1000+ pieces: $1 or less per bag (discounts available for bulk orders)

Lead Time: You will receive your custom bags approximately 2-4 weeks after mock-up confirmation depending on quantity.
