Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 2 PM GMT+8 on weekdays will be fulfilled in 1-2 business days for estimated delivery of 7-14 business days following receipt of tracking.

Please be conscientious of this policy when placing your order. Customers are also responsible for accurately entering their respective shipping and billing addresses at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes in shipping addresses.

If you believe you may have made a mistake, kindly email us at info@patchandbagel.com, and we will be happy to update your address or cancel your order if the order has not already been shipped out. Customers are also responsible for paying any applicable international import duties for orders shipping outside of the Singapore.
