🔹 Step 1: Share Your Design Idea to get a quote
To get started, reach out to us via email at info@patchandbagel.com or send us a message on Instagram at @patchandbagel with your design requirements and specifications. Include the desired quantity and any special requests.
We’ll provide you with a personalized quote. Please wait for our quote before placing your order.

🔹 Step 2: Order Confirmation
Once we have perfected your design and confirmed all the details, we will guide you on how to formally place your order.
🔹 Step 3: Mock-Up Approval & Manufacture
We will create a digital mock-up of your design and send it to you for approval. Once you give us the green light, we will proceed with manufacturing.

Patch Pricing:
- 30-49 pieces: $7 each
- 50-99 pieces: $6 each
- 100-199 pieces: $5 each
- 200+ pieces: $4 each or less
🚚 Shipping and Manufacturing Details:
Lead Time: Expect to receive your custom patches within 2 weeks after your mock-up confirmation. Please note that larger orders may slightly extend the production timeline.

- Send Us a Message: Before placing an order, send us an email at Jessica@patchandbagel.com or message on Instagram @patchandbagel with image of your patch, quantity, and size.
- Order Confirmation: Once we have discussed and confirmed, we will let you know what to order.
- Mock up images and confirmation: We will generate a mock up of your patch and confirm it with you. After confirmation, we will proceed with manufacture.

Bulk orders (>500 patches) will require more time
