Send Us a Message: Before placing an order, send us an email at info@patchandbagel or message on Instagram @patchandbagel with image of your patch, quantity, and size.
Feel free to use the 'live chat' function as well.

Order Confirmation: Once we have discussed and confirmed, we will let you know what to order.

Mock up images and confirmation: We will generate a mock up of your patch and confirm it with you. After confirmation, we will proceed with manufacture.
💰 Price Estimates (in USD):
🧵 Template Fee: $20
- Fixed fee per design, for our in-house designer to create a mock up needed for the embroidery machine.
🧩 Patch Prices:
- 1-9 pieces: $10 per patch
- 10-29 pieces: $6-8 per patch
- 30+ pieces: $5 per patch
- 100+ pieces: $3 per patch
- 1000+ pieces: less than a $1 per patch
🍑 Backing Options:
1. Iron-on
2. Velcro (small additional fees)
🚚 Time To Completion:
• Production Time: Our focus on quality means it takes time to design and manufacture your patch. You will receive it approximately 2 weeks after payment.
• Quality Assurance: All images provided below are examples of our past work. We have received 100% positive feedback from satisfied customers since 2017.
