🛎️ How to Get Started with your Custom Order:

Step 1: Send Us a Message: Before placing an order, send us an email info@patchandbagel.com with image of your design, quantity, and other info.

Step 2: Order Confirmation: After discussing your custom design, we’ll guide you on how to place your order correctly. 

Step 3: Mock-Up Confirmation: We will create a mock-up of your medal/medallion and send it for your approval. Once confirmed, we’ll proceed with manufacturing.

🛎️ Pricing Estimates:

Template Fee: $120 (one-time fee per design, goes to digital mock up & custom mould)

Pricing Estimates:
30-499 pieces: $20-10 per medal/medallion
500+ pieces: $9 or less per medal/medallion (discounts available for bulk orders)

Options:
1. Lanyard for medal
2. Case for Medallion (small extra fees)

🚚 Shipping and Manufacturing Details:

Lead Time: You will receive your custom medals approximately 3-6 weeks after mock-up confirmation depending on quantity.

🛎️ Quality Assurance:
We ensure high fidelity reproduction of your design with color accuracy to your specified Pantone code.
