To get started, reach out to us via email at info@patchandbagel.com or send us a message on Instagram at @patchandbagel with your design requirements and specifications. Include the desired quantity and any special requests.
We’ll provide you with a personalized quote. Please wait for our quote before placing your order.

Once we have perfected your design and confirmed all the details, we will guide you on how to formally place your order.
🔹 Step 3: Mock-Up Approval & Manufacture
We will create a digital mock-up of your design and send it to you for approval. Once you give us the green light, we will proceed with manufacturing.

🚚 Shipping and Manufacturing Details:
Lead Time: Expect to receive your custom patches within 2 weeks after your mock-up confirmation. Please note that larger orders may slightly extend the production timeline.

All orders placed before 2 PM GMT+8 on weekdays will be fulfilled in 1-2 business days for estimated delivery of 7-14 business days following receipt of tracking.
